Support for NT-series optical profilers
Direct Advanced Operations services Veeco and Wyko optical profilometers used for non-contact 2D and 3D surface metrology. Supported platforms include the NT8000, NT8100, NT9100, NT1100, NT2000, NT3300, and related systems.
We work at both the system and component level, including controllers, system boards, stage controller boards, scanning boards, CCD and video subsystems. Service is available on-site or through our ship-in service.
When to request service
Contact us when a system will not initialize, produces unreliable measurements, has stage or imaging problems, or needs preventive maintenance and adjustment. Include the model, symptoms, error messages, and any relevant photos so we can evaluate the next step.
