Direct Advanced Operations repairs and maintains KLA-Candela optical surface analysis systems, including the OSA 5100, CS2, CS10, 8520, and related platforms used for semiconductor wafer and substrate inspection.
Our recent service work includes the KLA-Candela CS10. We support complete systems as well as controllers, system boards, stage controller boards, scanning boards, CCD and video systems, and sensor-head assemblies.
