Service for Dektak systems
Direct Advanced Operations repairs and maintains Dektak stylus profilers, including Dektak 150, Dektak 6M, and related Veeco and Bruker platforms. We support instruments used to measure step height, roughness, waviness, and coating or thin-film thickness.
Our capabilities include full-system diagnostics as well as controller, scanning-board, stage-controller, system-board, and video-system repair. We also source replacement parts and rebuilt assemblies when available.
